How the logo design process works:

Step 1: Purchase your logo design from the orders page.
After purchase the next thing to do is email us your logo requirements/ideas. Some useful info would be your company name, info about your business, the image you want to create, companies you compete with, and other logos you like, if you have a web address then include that also.

Step 2: We will email you upon receipt of payment to confirm your order.
When we email you back, we may have a few questions regarding clarification for the design.
Within 7 days, we’ll send you your first concepts. A concept is a basic design idea. Once you’ve chosen your concept you get unlimited revisions on color, font, and other imagery.
You’ll receive your concepts as attachments in an email.
We’ll ask you to pick a concept you like, and give us feedback on how we can make it better. We'll listen to and implement your suggestions. All you have to do is reply to the email to give your feedback.
Step 3: We revise your logo design based on your feedback.
We’ll incorporate your feedback into the next set of revisions.  In this stage we’ll be focusing on the color and font.
We’ll create your revisions and send them for review within 2 business days. We’ll always acknowledge that we’ve received your feedback, and give you a time and date to expect your next revision.
The feedback process continues. Sometimes people ask for color changes, font changes, etc..... Most of the time it's finalized within 2 revisions, but we’ll work with you as long as it takes.
 
All our logo packages have unlimited revisions – we’ll fine tune it until you get what you’re looking for.
 

Step 4: Finalize your logo.
Once you’re completely satisfied with your logo, we’ll  send you the finals via email. We’ll deliver your files in the following formats: .eps, .tif, .jpg, .gif . This will enable you to insert or print your logo in multiple formats, from print, to a website, to adding your logo to promotional items.

If you’ve ordered a logo, stationery and business card combo package, once we finalize your logo we’ll design your business card and stationery.
